This 4-part workshop series covers the key hurdles in establishing, running, and selling a company in Japan.

Each session will include in depth discussion about the hidden values, attitudes, and laws that shape and hinder/boost the development of growing companies in Japan. Things you have always wondered but never had the chance to ask. 

The workshop format will be a combination of key concepts from EOTM resources, coupled with practical data and experiences as related by Lloyd. The workshops also include a self-diagnostic and action plan for you to try out some of the learnings.
